No pressure quotes over the phone
If your aerial is in reasonable condition I will repair it and save you money, reusing any parts that are in a good useable state. But for external installations that are over 20 years old, most of the time it will be more cost effective to replace the whole system.
Unlike some other television aerial companies I could mention, we are actually based locally to Boston and if we have an appointment, it will be kept. It is very unusual to not arrive within 1 hour of the allocated time, in the highly unlikely event there is a delay of more than that, we will call to advise. Come rain or shine we will be there. Only in exceptional circumstances or adverse weather when working at heights is unsafe will we have to postpone your appointment.
